These terms cover this Akapulu Labs services site. They are not the terms for the Akapulu product, APIs, or accounts.
What this site is
The site is how you ask Akapulu LLC to look at a custom AI project or a consulting question. Sending the form, or booking a time, is a request for a conversation. It is not a contract to build anything and it is not a promise that we will take the work.
The work
Development work, when we take it, starts with a free pilot. The project after that is paid. Consulting, when we take it, is a paid working session and a written plan. Price, scope, and a start date exist only in a separate written agreement that both sides accept.
Using the site
Use the site for a real project inquiry. Do not send unlawful content, try to break the form, or scrape the site. The writing, design, and name Akapulu are ours.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
