Services Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Akapulu Labs services site, where companies ask us to scope custom AI development or a consulting session. It does not cover the Akapulu product, APIs, or accounts. Those have their own privacy policy on the product site.

What we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect:
- your name, work email, company, and the project you describe,
- the time you book, if you pick one in the calendar,
- technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the page you requested, used to run the site and limit abuse,
- how you arrived, including referrer, campaign parameters, and an advertising click id when the link you followed included one.
How we use it
We use this information to reply, hold the working session, and email you the calendar link if you gave us an address and did not book. We also use it to see which ads brought the inquiry. We do not sell this information.
Who else handles it
The calendar is Calendly. The follow-up email is sent from our Gmail account. Abuse checks on the form use Cloudflare Turnstile. Analytics and ad measurement use Google, and only when the consent rules for your region allow it. Visitors in the UK, the EEA, and Switzerland see a consent banner. Elsewhere, measurement is on unless you are in a region where we must ask first.
How long we keep it
We keep the inquiry in our customer records while we are talking with you and for a period after, so we can answer follow-ups. Email [email protected] to ask us to delete it.
